Description of the Traverse City vacation home rental

Our three bedroom home is fully furnished and tastefully decorated to reflect a relaxed northern Michigan life style. It features 7 spacious rooms with all the amenities for comfort and convenience. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has bunks with a trundle bed. Depending on the season, you can relax in front of the gas fireplace or lounge under the pines on the deck and screened porch. You can cook in the fully furnished kitchen or eat at Crystal Mountain Restaurants which offer excellent dining.

This home is in the "village" section of Crystal Mt. Resort. Here you will find bicycle rental, indoor pool & spa, Outdoor water park, rock climbing wall, alpine slide, shopping, hiking trails, wine tours, "Artin the Park" music concerts, two 18 hole golf courses and 45 slopes for downhill skiing as well as lighted cross country ski trails. All these activities are only a short walk from this home.

Area Description

Crystal Mountain is located in the Northwest region of Michigan 30 minutes from beautiful Lake Michigan and the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. The Bestie River flow throughout the area offering fishing, canoe and kayak trips. Charter Fishing is popular in Frankfort, MI. World famous Interlochen Arts Academy offers daily concerts throught the summer. The area also hosts numberous wineries that offer free wine-tasting. Five minutes from our home are many groomed snowmobile trails and you can rent snowmobiles at Crystal Adventures which is located 1 mile East of Crystal Mountain.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

We have 3 Bikes and Crystal has Bike rentals. Great Bike trail from Resort to Frankfort. Onsite fire pit for family hotdog roast. Crystal is well known for their children's learn to ski and golf programs. Winter sleigh rides and ice skating are other Crystal Mountain Favorites. Some table games and movies are stocked in our home and more can be rented at the Crystal Adventure center.
Crystal Mountain offers planned special events weekly such as Build-a-Bear workshops or Friday Night Movies.
