Description of the Treasure Island vacation apartment rental

2 apartments, owner on one side. The guest apt has been totally remodeled with updated furnishings. You will find comfort in this 2 bedroom, one bath unit at ground level with no stairs and no parking issues. There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, large open living room, the bright and airy Florida Room faces the East and is on the bay with a large private back yard and patio. The front porch will afford you views of the setting sun, if you are just too relaxed to walk the few steps to the beach.

TREASURE ISLAND is a small barrier island located on the beautiful west central coast of Florida near St. Petersburg and close to the Tampa bay area. The Island is a paradise for getting away from it all. Warm Gulf of Mexico waters will soothe your soul. Miles of white sand beaches and endless sunshine, provide sheer relaxation.
For those who wish to adventure you will find an array of water oriented activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, windsurfing, fishing and of course swimming. There are golf courses aplenty and shopping opportunities so numerous, from the old wooden structures of John's Pass Village to local area shopping malls.
When dining out you will discover great variety in the cuisine, served from outdoor cafe's to exclusive world renowned restaurants with breathtaking waterfront views.

The guest apt is colorful and comfortably decorated with ceramic tile throughout. Ceiling fans in every room will allow you to enjoy open windows and feel the bay and gulf breezes (central A/C also.) There is a gas grill and table on your own private patio overlooking the bay, beach chairs, towels, picnic basket and bikes on the porch for your pleasure. No stairs to climb, no parking problems and no noisy tenants in the nearby guest rooms.

The only thing you need to bring is your quest for relaxation, a few togs and a little bit to nibble on. Linens are provided, as well as, fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook.

Weekly rentals; full payment in cash, cashier's check or money order due at check in. Monthly rentals; Additional deposit of 1/2 of first month rental amount due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 45 days will forfeit this deposit plus the $100.00 confirmation deposit. $100.00 non re-fundable pet deposit.
   
• Other Fees: $75.00 additonal cleaning fee will be added to weekly or monthly rental amount.

My husband and I rented Harrison's On The Bay for a week in April to celebrate our 50th birthdays (he's a day older than I). Cheri doesn't miss a trick! Not only did we find many "extras" in the kitchen and bathroom, but we found two beach bags with towels, tons of clean linens and laundry bags (I always forget to take mine!) to keep our dirty clothes in. On top of that, Cheri surprised us with two delicious birthday cupcakes and fresh flowers w/a card! Then there are the bikes, all the beach necessities and everything for cooking out! Next time we'll pack much lighter...because we can! Everything was clean, clean, clean! And I'm very picky! The back yard was so relaxing and enjoyable! Cheri has such a green thumb and knack for decorating. Plus the location is perfect! Close to everything anyone of any age might want to do. We will DEFINITELY be back, Cheri!
