Description of the Treasure Island vacation apartment rental

Very nice fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment, 600ft², with a lovely patio.
The apartment is located on the first floor across the street from the beautiful Sunset Beach, just a short walk to enjoy the Beach and the Sunsets.

The apartment has a patio (smoking only outside). Is clean from top to bottom with a queen-size bed, shower/bath, closets, AC/heat, cable HDTV, Internet, full kitchen, utensils, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, Linens and bath towels.

I have provided beach-chairs and umbrella, bath-, hand- & dish soap, sponges, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies.
Available for WEEKLY and MONTHLY term rentals - parking is included.
Rates are based on 1 or 2 persons. Sorry NO Pets. Minimum stay is 1 week.

Make vacation in Florida!
All you really need is your camera, swimming things and casual clothes.
Come and enjoy our sunny days, gorgeous sunsets and long walks on the beach.

Area Information

The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Good shopping facilities, Grocery, Restaurants, like the famous "Caddy's on the Beach" are few minutes away.

A vacation at the Harmony House is a very manageable drive for residents of Florida, Georgia and the Southeastern United States. Of course, we're worth a flight, as well. Whether you fly into the Tampa International (TPA) or St. Petersburg Clearwater International (PIE).

Sport activities and local Attractions in the Area: Golf, Tennis, Parasail, Waverunner, Salvador Dali Museum, Busch Gardens, Hard Rock Casino or even Disneyworld in Orlando.

Pinellas Trail (37 miles long) for walking, jogging, skating, and biking.
John's Pass, shopping ~ fishing ~ dining ~ entertainment 3 mi

Wow! Perfect place for two right near the beach!

If you're on a budget, the Harmony House is a great place to stay right near the beach (it's literally about a one-minute walk). I must've looked at over 200 vacation rentals before I found the listing for this place, and I'm so glad I waited till I found this one. The apartment is spacious, clean, and had every amenity you could want. Quiet neighborhood, tons of closets/storage space, linens provided, comfy king-size pillow-top bed, electric fireplace in case of cooler weather, beach chairs and umbrella to use, brand new washer and dryer with detergent provided, grill on back porch, fridge, stove, microwave, flat panel TV, cable, DVD player. John the owner is a joy to work with as he is friendly, quick and courteous in his response to requests. My husband and I would totally stay here again!

Harmony House was perfect, Very affordable, spacious, well stocked, and appointed rooms. Comfortable bed and peaceful sleeping. Well maintained and very clean with bright modern furnishings just like in the pictures. A/C works great on those sultry nights. Just far enough off the beaten path to be away from the noise of Gulf Boulevard yet close to markets, clubs, and restaurants. Sunset Beach just across the street can't be beat for long walks, great swimming and surfing. Plus those mouth-watering Tropical Sunsets. Also down the street from "Ka Tiki" - a social, little beach bar to take in some live tunes while drinking up a Sunset. Highly Recommended!

Feels like i am at home!

I have been coming to this apartment since 2005 and it never disappoints. The owner John is very responsive to any needs. Very clean and will kept apartment. Parking is no problem. Fantastic location for all activities and almost perfect weather every day the whole year. Nothing fancy, which is one of the things i think makes it so special. Close to shopping, grocery, restaurants, bar or just have a BBQ at home. Sitting out on the deck with a nice cup homemade iced coffee and relax. Only a short walk to a clean and beautiful beach. I love this beach and also the daily beach walk. Absolutely can't beat the sunsets. I looking forward to come back.
