This waterfront condo is located on Boca Ciega Bay with the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful white beach directly across the street. Watch the dolphins and boat traffic in the bay from a private balcony, fish off the dock or walk across the street and watch the sun set. There are only six condos in the building so it is quiet, friendly and secure. There is also a boat slip available with this unit and the waterway in front of the dock is a wake zone. So bring your boat and fishing gear to fish in the bay or the gulf or bring your wakeboard and skis to ski right off the dock.

Restaurants, shopping and watersport rentals are just down the road. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are about 40 minutes away. Disney and Universal Studios are about 90 minutes away.
