We spent 3 months in the suite, and used it as our base for exploring the St Petes area. The people in the complex were very friendly. The location is teriffic, and the view of the inland waterway keeps one entertained at all times. The suite worked really well for the two of us. You need a car as shopping is not on the door step but then doesn't everyone use a vehicle in Fl.
