Style abounds throughout this updated, charmingly MODERN condo on Sunset Beach. This ground floor unit, with no steps, is surrounded by multi-million dollar homes in an exclusive, quiet, residential neighborhood. There is a 2 lane, no outlet street in front of the condo and plenty of off-street parking.
This beach condo sleeps up to 4 and has a washer/dryer inside the unit, free long distance phone calls throughout the USA and Canada, 150 cable channels on 2 wall mounted flat screen High Definition TVs, fresh bright paint, new cabinets, lighting, furnishings and bedding, and a brand new designer concrete floor! No musty, outdated Florida beach rental here! Just the best furnishings for both the owner and our discriminating guests! Unit comes with bath towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella for guests to use while vacationing. Please bring your own beach towels or buy them from one of the many shops that are just a short drive from the condo. Swim in the HEATED pool directly on the sands of Sunset Beach!
The condo is a 5 minute walk to 2 restaurants/beach bars (Caddy's Waterfront and Katikki's) and a 7-11 convenience store is about 6 blocks away. The unit is less than 5 minutes to grocery stores and John's Pass, with over 30 restaurants, watersports, and more! The property is also 15 minutes to St. Petersburg's beaches, museums and downtown waterfront "Bay Walk" entertainment center, movie theaters and restaurants. The condo is approximately 40 minutes to Tampa airport.

Beautiful, thats all I really need to say. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is already there, and your not far from anything else that you may need. The people staying at the condo are a pleasure to be around. I loved it.

This place is gorgeous!! When they say 50 steps to the beach they mean it. You do have to cross a small road however it's no different then staying in a condo on the beach where you have to go through the pool area and then over the doons just to get to the beach. The inside is well maintained and immaculant. Communication was awesome. I am hoping to be able to go back again in 2009. It is such a treasure find on Treasure Island.
