This beach condo sleeps up to 4 and has a washer/dryer inside the unit, free long distance phone calls throughout the USA and Canada, 200 cable channels on 2 wall mounted flat screen High Definition TVs, fresh bright paint, new cabinets, lighting, furnishings and bedding, and a brand new designer tile floor! No musty, outdated Florida beach rental here! Just the best furnishings for both the owner and his discriminating guests! Unit comes with bath towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella for guests to use while vacationing. Please bring your own beach towels or buy them from one of the many shops that are just a short drive from the condo.
