This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is ideally located directly on Boca Ciega Bay with the sandy, white beaches of Treasure Island directly across the street. Sit on the balcony and watch the boat traffic and dolphins go by, walk down the street to shopping and restaurants or relax the day away on the beach. The choice is yours!

Area Information

Locally there is plenty to do. There is shopping and restaraunts with John's Pass only a couple miles away. There are boat and jet ski rentals. Downtown St. Petersburg with The Pier, Baywalk and museums is only minutes away. Tampa and Busch Gardens are 30 minutes away. Disney World and Universal Studios is about an hour and a half away.

Great view. Being on the intercoastal and having the Gulf across the street was a memorable experience. The tv's, sound system and the beach decor made the condo feel very special. The owners, Randy and Vicky were very nice and accommodating during our two month stay.

This was our first experience in coming south for the winter months. We spent two months at this beautifully furnished, relaxing condo. Having the intercoastal in our backyard and the Gulf across the street couldn't have been more enjoyable. The owners were more than helpful and the condo was well furnished. We loved waking up to the rising sun and sitting on the beach watching the sun set. Some of our favorite restaurants were Gigi's Italian Restaurant, Agave Mexican and Shell's-the fish and chips were the best and we're from New England!
