New Lite remodel August 15th 2007 (new sofa, new paint, newer bath vanity, new kitchen wall tile, new rugs, new shelving, etc. etc

Real Beach Feel (small cottages, houses, duplexes, not huge condos) walk to restaurants on the Beach, Disney World one hour away, right down the coast line from Rosemary Beach (rated number 2 beach in the USA this year)

This was the first time renting a condo. The place was beautiful other than I think that the place was not as clean as it should. I had to purge the water system and wash floors. After that the place was beautiful and we had a great time. The wife and I have been coming to Treasure Island and this was the first time we rented a condo. I think this is the way to go and from now on that is what we will do. Forgot to mention no king bed, which we are used to. Other than the issues we had we had a beautiful time and looking forward to coming back.

Quiet, clean, family vacation condo. We were on the 4th floor. Elevators were available to carry you and your beach equipment or groceries. Washer and dryer are community. Parking is on ground level and is covered. I enjoyed my stay.
