Sunset Vistas Condo Rental from $159 to $229 P/NT (#32401)

this nearly new condo is conveniently located on Treasure Island Florida in close proximity to dining, shopping and lies directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach here is sugar white sand, our 5 yr old daughter enjoyed the pool and the beach. As a local Tampa resident I have stayed at the various bay area beaches in many different resorts. This property is more "bang for your buck" than most. We stayed Memorial Day weekend and the on-property tiki bar and entertainment didn't disappoint. Although the property was busy we still enjoyed it without feeling overcrowded. If you have small children who go to bed early you may wish to avoid renting units directly over the tiki bar. This one was not and was quiet and serene. I highly recommend this condo. I used to live on the beach and now live in Tampa, so I was slightly picky about where to stay. I loved the location of Sunset Vistas because it's a long walk across hot sand to the water from most of the places on Treasure Island, but not Sunset Vistas. I agree with other reviews that it would be nice if the cafe stayed open later, if only another hour, since it closes at 5pm. The pool was more crowded than I would have liked, and that was during the week, so I'd hate to see what it's like on the weekend! And the unit was very nice, clean, and liveable.... It is a great family spot. The condo is clean and provides everything you need. The baby pool and big pool are very nice. And the beach is beautiful - white sand, lots of live sand dollars to be found, dolphins in the surf. I rented the condo for my parents who were in town for my husband's law school graduation. We were so impressed! The unit was bright, spacious, and clean. Quiet. The pool was very nice and clean. Kitchen was well-stocked with the essentials. We enjoyed the use of a beach chair and umbrella that were provided. They said they will definitely stay here again. This was our first trip to Florida and will certainly not be our last. The condo complex is very nice and staff are very friendly. Beach is beautiful and pool has lots of chairs, but we found it to be a bit cold. The condo itself was fantastic. Our daughter is 10 months old and having a washer and dryer right in the unit really was convienent. We would strongly recommend this complex and will plan to visit again. Missing you already sunning Florida! Location, location, location. This condo was situated right on the beach and close to great shopping at Johns Pass. The condo was nice and new, although the towel exchange could have been better. Overall, a great place to stay
