Description of the Treasure Island vacation condo rental
This is a one bedroom, livingroom, dining area, and one bath condo directly on the Beach with 180 degree views of the Gulf. It was refurbished in September of 2007. (New sofa, new bath vanity, new paint, new light fixture, new shelving, new rugs, new shower curtain, etc.) It is on the 4th floor with two elevators and two walk ups. Not only is the livingroom directly on the Beach, but the back bedroom looks onto Boca Ciega Bay or Inlet.
Area Description
Terrific location on a less traveled beach front road. Walk to Caddy's Beach front restaurant and bicyle to John's Pass or brand new Publix half a dozen blocks down the street. There is an "on the Beach Pool", boardwalk, barbecue grills, palm trees, upgraded picnic tables, beach cabannas, boat ramp, small beach cottage atmosphere (this is one of the few good size complexes, but it only has 75 units and is not like Sand Key with numerous high rises).
