This is a beautiful condo on Boca Ciega Bay and like new inside with all new furniture and appliances. Condo is a very, very large master suite with new Queen sized bed and pull out queen sofa. Do not bring anything but suit case as it includes all towels, utensils and linens. Also has a covered carport attached for car or boat trailer. Wireless Internet just installed! Heated pool, boat/fishing dock/jet ski dock, on sight laundry machines, phone,cable TV, covered carport.Bring your boat or fish off the dock. Only 14 units in this complex situated in a residential neighborhood with million dollar homes. You will not feel like just a number in this very quaint property. If you want to come to a very quiet place to relax and take it easy, then this is it! If you want more action you can walk
1/4 mile to listen to the beach bands or take in some beach sun on the best beach on the west coast--key word is relaxation here! Owners have put in a lot of extra touches to make this very quaint and cozy. Great place to watch the dolphins play and the tarpons roll!

Treasure Island is a great little town and the jewel of the west coast beaches! There are lots of restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing, casino gambling boats and nearby golf courses. Watch the dolphins and manatees in beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. Head to the R Bar for all you can eat crab legs for $17 or the best breakfast in town. Catch the Casino Cruz gambling boat for the day to bet or just
take it easy with a nice boat ride. There is also have a public nine hole golf course just across the street from condo so bring your clubs. John's Pass offers a lot of shops and restaurants, etc...Ybor City, Ice Palace, Devil Rays (10 minutes away), Lightning, Bucs, Horse and Dog Races (winter), Poker Rooms, Concerts at Ford Amphitheater, Ice Palace, Ruth Eckerd Hall and Janus Landing, Golf courses galore, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks/Greek Food, Drum Circle is a must do on Sunday nights at beach.
