Treasure Island beach front condotel only 50 yards from beach on Gulf of Mexico with a captivating balcony view. This is the closest large condo to the beach on TI. This is a Five Stars property and the condo has two queen sized bedrooms and two baths with large living room area and kitchen. Also has a queen sized pull out for a
total of three beds. Condo is located on the fifth floor of six story condo, and gives a superb south west balcony view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. All of the furniture and appliances are new including washer and dryer, dishwasher, dishes, silver and glass ware, cooking utensils, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, DVDs and VCR movies, etc already in condo. Easy six-elevator access. We have put in a lot of extra touches to make this unit very unique, cozy and comfortable for our guests. The beach is close to the condo and there is no long hike to the water--on the best and closest part of the Sunset Vista property is wonderful with two pools--very large heated pool with jacuzzi and separate heated kiddie pool with fountains. Garage parking under complex and is close to elevators. There is a Tiki Bar and Restaurant in full operation with live music. Also has a wonderful Fitness Center with weight machines and several new tread mills. Computer room also available in the complex. Wireless computer access now on premises at cafe. Treasure Island beach is one of the best beaches on the west coast of Florida if not the best! It is the little jewel of the west coast beaches bar none. Great little town with lots of shops, restaurants, casino boat gambling, charter boat fishing and water sports. The fishing off beach or on Boca Ciega Bay is excellent. Straight shot from TIA only 30 minutes south on I-275 to Central exit. Head on down to the R Bar and Restaurant for all you can eat snow crab legs for 17 bucks or prime rib $12. We also have Horse and Dog Racing (Winter), Concerts at Ice Palace, Ford Amphitheater and the Hard Rock Hotel, Sports--Bucs, Lightning and Devil Rays (ten minutes away) games, Bush Gardens, Fishing Charter Boats, Poker and slot machines at casinos, and last but not least some of the best beaches on this planet--Treasure Island Beach, Fort Desoto Beach and Caledisi Island!

The property at Sunset Vistas was one of the best we have ever stayed. The staff, the codo, the beach, everything associated with our stay Was FABULOUS! The onsite resteraurant and lounge offered great atmosphere, price, and convenience. we will be back next year and tears to come.

We stayed a week, and it was perfect! New, clean place, with all the ammenities. Easy access to the beach and sunsets! The pool was nice and big.

We had a great time for our trip. It was really hot, but we still enjoyed our trip. I would not advise SeaWorld in June. It is way too hot. We only spent a few hours and were miserable. The beach was clean, condo grounds were kept neat. We all had a great time. Thanks!
