There is a private condo dock that is great to Fish, Swim, & Sunbathe.
If you have a boat and want a boatslip, we can work something out.
There is also a Boat Rental Place/Marina, which is a 2 minute boat ride or 5 minute walk from the condo. You can rent boats, jet skis, bikes, & Kayaks!
There are always dolphin and manatee sightings from the dock!
There is a sidewalk about 1.5 miles long that runs along the beach and is great for jogging, walking, bike riding, & roller blading. The condo neighborhood is also great for this!
John's Pass is 1.3 miles away & is a tourist spot with restaurants,bars, and shops
Downtown Treasure Island is also filled with shops, bars & restaurants and is a 10 minute walk.

The condo is absolutely gorgeous and far exceeded any expectations I may have had.
