Very beautiful beach. Caddys beach bar& resturant & katiki beach bar within walking distance. 2 Grocery stores within@ 1 mile. Great resturants. @ 2 miles south of Johns Pass. Sit by the seawall & watch dophins & if lucky, manatees. bring fishing poles.

Cozy condo near the Gulf.

We stayed in this second floor condo for 5 months, actually, from November,2012 through March, 2013. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is close to the Gulf of Mexico, only 100 yards to the beach. We had a great south facing view of the intercoastal waterway from our balcony. The sun warmed our place everyday. There was a nice breeze that filtered through our condo on a daily basis. The complex comprises of 2 buildings with 30 condos in each building. The condo is small, only about 300 square feet, but perfect for 2 people and limited guests. The king size bed was wonderful. The futon needs to be updated as it was not that comfortable to sleep on. The appliances are up to date. There is no stove, but there is a convectional oven. In the bathroom, there is a tub with a shower. It is fully equiped, no need to bring bath towels or kitchen utensils. There are beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. If you are looking for a quiet place that is close to the beach, Publix grocery store, St. Petersburg and St Pete Beach this is a good place for you.
