Welcome to our little bit of Paradise! This wonderful two bedroom, second floor, waterfront condo is set in the heart of Treasure Island overlooking beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. Panoramic views, in-ground pool, totally new kitchen, bathroom, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile and hardwood floors.

This beautiful unit is steps away from the pool and waterfront docks. Enjoy spectacular sunrises, while enjoying your morning coffee. Take an early morning swim in the beautiful waterfront pool overlooking the bay. Sunbathe on the private, waterfront deck. Picture yourself on the balcony as the dolphins swim by. Deposits: A deposit of ½ the rental rate is required to reserve the condo. The balance as well as a refundable $500 security deposit is required at least 30 days prior to arrival. The $500.00 security deposit will be returned less any amount deducted for damages, etc.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Other Fees: $75 Cleaning Fee Holiday weeks add an additional $150 per week (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, President's, Easter, Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day).

Excellent location

The condo was spotless and in great condition and has a beautiful view of the bay. There were many restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and the beach was just a five minute stroll. A very enjoyable vacation.

What a beautiful location! The view from the condo is absolutely gorgeous. We looked forward to seeing the Dolphins every morning from the balcony. The condo itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The other residents we met were very friendly. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to everything from the beach to stores & restaurants. We are looking forward to returning! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place!
