Super location

April 22, 2013

The unit couldn't have been place in a better location - directly across the street from the beach and an unobstructed view of the beach. Right next door to a Publix. However, the unit itself is only adequate: the main bedroom is fine but the guest bedroom boasts a Queen bed - not so. It is two singles/twins that converts into a day bed - they are uncomfortable. The place was very clean and Vacation Home Rentals is a very responsive company. I would do business with them again.

Great View & Location

May 5, 2012

Our condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed for our 2 1/2 weeks stay including a good supply of linens & bath towels as well as beach items, Public was just next store and it was a short walk to the beach and many wonderful restaurants .The view of the intercostal waterway was a real treat . Four adults stayed very comfortable with room for more .This is an ideal location for relaxing in the Florida sun and for fishing on the dock .We will return next year for sure .

Good for the price

May 9, 2011

The unit we stayed in was clean, modern, roomy and close enough to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with a coffeemaker, some pans, tupperwares, silverware, cooking utensils, and dishes. Three adults stayed in the unit and it was pretty quiet and relaxing. We just had to cross the street to go to the beach. There is a Publix right nextdoor which is also pretty convenient. The one main negative was the lady on the phone told me we would have a gulfview. Since we were on the first floor, we actually had a view of the busy street and buildings across the street. Also, the second bathroom didn't have hot water in the shower. There was a second bedroom but instead of a real bed, it was a sofabed. I slept on it pretty comfortably, but thought they'd be better off just putting a real bed in that room. Overall, it is a nice condo and the price is hard to beat.
