Very Comfortable Condo

We stayed in this condo for a week during the first week of April. I agree with all of the comments written to date, this is a great place to spend a vacation. The unit was clean, very well furnished, the beds were comfortable and it had everything needed for preparing your own meals. I really liked the numerous barbeques on the boardwalk beside the beach, there was always one available. Plenty of parking as well. One note of caution for those coming home after approx 10:00pm. The doors to get into the building are locked and the elevators are the only access into the building. They don't respond unless activated with the key provided (we thought it was a mailbox key). Make sure you know how to use it before you go out. Other than that it was a great place to stay. As mentioned in other comments the neighours are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without any hesitation. Thanks Nick.

Excellent Vacation Condo

Just returned from a month's stay in this great condo.Accomodations were exactly as pictured,spacious with very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen.This place also provides all the beach stuff you need for a great vacation-chairs,umbrellas,sand-toys, towels etc..Fantastic views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom windows. The sunsets are awesome and the neighbours very welcoming.The grounds are very well kept and the pool is always kept clean and warm.The beach is miles long, great for walking and shelling. Nick was excellent to communicate with and kept in touch with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We are definitely planning to return again next year.

Simply Heaven

My 2 small girls, husband & I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks. We felt at home in this very clean condo. Everything we needed was available to us and did not need to buy toys for our girls. We loved drinking our coffee on the balcony and being able to walk to the beach. The sunsets are breathtaking. Our girls still talk about the amazing time. We even drove to Disney World for the day. The neighbours were friendly. The owner was very helpful and even had a list of restaurants for the times we didn't want to cook available in the condo. We look toward to our next trip

Sunset Chateau Condominium Unit 204

We could not have stayed at a nicer condo! This condo was so roomy and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation for a family of four. I was very impressed with all the extras, beach toys, tvs in every room, plenty of dishes and cooking pots. We were made to feel very comfortable and safe. The ocean is right outside the unit, you don't have to walk a half a mile to the beach. Nick, the owner of this unit is very accessable and helpful, making sure everything about the vacation goes smoothly, we really appreciate that! The unit is very roomy and decorated with very comfortable furniture. We will be back hopefully next year. If you want a nice condo, this is the one for you to rent! We have rented many condos and hotel rooms in this area and this unit is the best be far!!!

Wonderful experience!

Our stay in unit 204 of the Sunset Chateau Condominiums was terrific from beginning to end! The owner was fabulous to work with, and the transaction was flawless from my first inquiry throughout the end of our stay. The unit was very roomy, with a large living room, well supplied kitchen, huge master bedroom with a love seat, a nice-sized guest room, and 2 full baths. There were chairs and a table for sitting out on the porch in front of the unit, and beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the ocean. The pool was clean and well-kept, as was the entire facility. The ocean was steps from the building which has an elevator and stairs. I would DEFINITELY recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great stay at a great location!!
