BIRDSONG' Condo building is DIRECT GULF FRONT in beautiful Treasure Island. I purchased this unit late in 2012. I am in rentals for 30 yrs. and as President of this complex and a local resident, I am devoted to making your stay and enjoyable one.

I BOUGHT THE UNIT NEXT DOOR. #21 IDENTICAL SIZE AND RATES.

In that unit I have booked 38 weeks in my first year and have 40% repeat bookings into 2014.

The BEACH is just steps away from your front door.This is a fantastic opportunity to stay on the beach at very affordable prices. These prices are below hotel costs and our condo has a home-like atmosphere...AND right on the beach.
This condo is a 5 minute walk to many beachside restaurants and bars, including the Bilmar, Sloppy Joes and Ricky T's. This unit is less than 5 minutes to Publix grocery store and historic John's Pass where you will find restaurants, parasailing, shops, boat/jet-ski rentals, gambling cruises and deep-sea fishing.
The annual events on the beach include SAND SCULPTURES, KITE FLYING CONTEST, LIVE MUSIC AND always an event coming almost every month.
DEDICATED WIFI and internet for speed and privacy, also land line for entire US/Canada phone calls.

Tampa's Busch Gardens is a one hour drive and Orlando's Disney, Epcot, Sea World, MGM and Universal Studios are just two hours away.The Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Tampa is just one hour away for a night of gambling and fun!!
