Good vacation

We really enjoyed the location. It was easy access to the beach across the street. The heated pool was really warm and the hot tub was great. The condo lacked kitchen accessories and the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes. The second bedroom and bathroom was much smaller than expected however the closet was big. We will most likely stay in the building again.

The cottage was clean, well decorated, comfortable. Access to the beach was wonderful, and there were comfortable places to sit outside to enjoy the sunsets. The neighbors were pleasant and helpful. We were extremely happy with the entire experience. Parking was convenient, location was terrific. All in all it was great.

a real hidden gem

just spent a week here and what a great little place. wonderful beach-shelling and swimming. restraunt/bar within walking distance. All comforts of home-bedding very comfortable. Everything needed for 2 people. So many things to do close by or just relax on the quiet end of the island. would recommend and would love to return.

Bright, clean and airy. Back door opens unto a large deck, then nothing but beach sand & immaculate white sand beach!! Private, set back from beach just enough for you. Large gorgeous homes on each side of property & as far as eye can see. Publix, Walgreen's, Oyster Bars & Shops really close. We two girls always felt very safe! EVERYONE was very friendly!!!

My husband and I stayed for 7 glorius days in the Beach Hugger Suite sans the tree house suite and it was glorius. It was quiet, up close with the beach and Caddy's was but a short walk away for any meals we wanted. They also had live music on the w/e and was very busy with cusotomers (always a good sign). Our place and reason for staying there was the quiet atmosphere of non-hotel noise. Again, it was up to AAA standards plus. We would stay there again if visiting the Sunset Beach area. Well worth the price for peace, quiet and beautiful scenery.

Clean, comfortable and ideally located. Walk the beach to John's Pass. Lots of eateries in either direction. Spent a great week relaxing with the best view. Beach is much more quiet than Clearwater Beach or Treasure Island.

this place was amazing. We would wake up and walk out to the beach. the room was very nice and clean, we stayed in the flip flop room. We hope to stay again next year. we had a great 8 days at this place and would recommend it.

The Battle family stayed in a Beach Hugger at Sunset and loved it. The beach and sunsets were incredible, and we can hardly wait to get back to our "home on the beach." My husband and I would like to go down for a long weekend (without kids)--just to have some time alone and enjoy the beach and water. I am so glad we found Sunset--the memories will last forever--we watch our photo frame every night and talk about what fun we had and wishing we were there. I cannot say enough about how nice it was, and the housekeeping and grounds staff were friendly and very nonintrusive. We had gone to Disney for a week before we stayed at Sunset, and even the kids said they would have given up Disney to have stayed our whole vacation at Sunset! Battle Family

From: Helena Adie & family, Edinburgh, Scotland. We stayed here from 12th April to 17th April and had a terrific time - my grandchildren loved being able to go out the door and be nearly at the beach. The only fault I would say would be that although there was enough bed space for the 2 adults and 2 children, there wasn't really enough space for all our belongings!! - plus I think something needs to be done about the locks as I cut one of my fingers badly while trying to close the back door - handle a bit too close to the edge of the door. Saw some lovely sunsets and some fascinating birds.

We Loved It!

From the minute we walked through the door and out onto the deck overlooking the ocean, all our stress went away!! Very clean and peaceful. It was so relaxing just to hear the ocean and be just steps away. Our children had a ball, too. The housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. Was a little disappointed the next weekend that we weren't able to book for 1 final night, only. Otherwise no complaints!

The location of this property couln't be better - right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean!!! This is a real cute apartment. We enjoyed the BBQ facility on the beach (in the garden), this was a great plus! A few suggestions to make this a GREAT holiday property; we would have preferred a hot plate (cooking facility) in the apartment, as it had only a small microwave and grill. The kitchenette could be stocked with more drinking glasses and enough dishes & bowls for 4 persons, as this is the amount of people it sleeps. Two more beach towels needed (only 2 at present). A new bed or mattress in the upstairs bedroom is necessary (very uncomfortable). Last but not least - tiles or a deck on the patios - the carpet does not work as it was constantly wet and had a 'mouldy' smell.

The �Beach House� was just that: a clean, bright, comfy beach cabin. Right at the back door, was a perfectly sized deck, then sand & sand & sand �.then beach!!! Your accommodations are set back, just the right amount, for privacy --- but what a great view!!

Beautiful large, private homes on every side, everyone we met was very friendly. The 7-11, Publix, Walgreens, banks and shops were sooo close. The quaint oyster bars and other restaurants within walking distance��..

Thank-you so very much for your hospitality !!!!! Your pricing was VERY reasonable, which enabled us to travel & stay with you! Keep up the good work!!

We loved our home away from home and can't wait to come back.
