This place was very nice noticed a lot of updates have recently been made Wehad a two bedroom room so we were not on top of each. other weather was glorious I give it a seven would go back

Great location, across the street from the beach and just a few doors from a beach front bar / resturant. Clean room and freiendly people. Hop to go back soon.

Stayed at Treasure Bay Hotel and Marina on Treasure Island St. Petes Beach Florida initially booked for 9 nights but extended to 14. Nice medium sized hotel with large en suite bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a fridge freezer,microwave and a small balcony, which in our case looked across the road and car park and over a wide beach and the sea due West ,so enjoyed glorious sunsets. Staff friendly and helpful. No restaurant nor bar, but 24 hours coffee provided in lounge area.and only short walk to food and drink places.Shops for day to day stuff and local bus routes very close. A great place to stay for beach lovers who do not want seclusion. Big beaches with room aplenty for everyone. Would return,.....

Confortable and fun

We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Beach Cottages. The owner was available and very friendly. The cottage was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed such as 2 TVs, DVD player, nice towels and beach towels. The thing to remember is that there is only one bedroom and one bathroom. Since we only have one 8 yr. old child, it was fine for us (our daughtrer slept on the couch). We ate breakfast and lunch at the cottage, using the stove, oven ,frig and gas grill outside our room. The bar/restaurant less than one block away was great. We went there everyday and for a $3.00 tip, they supplied us free chaise lounges and beach umbrella for a fun day at the beach, and we could go to the bar for drinks all day long.

Was Thrown Out To Fast!

We enjoyed the place we had, but was thrown out to fast right at or before 11am. People that were staying next, waiting at front door with the owner while we were loading the car.We lost a 100.00 bucks cause I could'nt get off work to arrive from Atlant to this place. We only had 12 hours total that was to have been a two day stay for 300 bucks

The best experience we have ever had! We spent eight days with Ms. Donna and loved every minute! Cottages are beautiful, location is GREAT, and couldn't have asked for a better "innkeeper". Already have plans to stay next year!

No complaints about Sunset Beach Cottages! Donna has done everything right in providing clean and comfortable accommodations in a laid back environment that makes you feel right at home the minute you arrive. Just a hop, skip, and a jump across the street to a beautiful stretch of beach and conveniently located to all sorts of dining or a great market for supplies.

Absolute Paradise!

Belinda Carlisle was right, Heaven IS a place on earth, right on Sunset Beach and Mary's condo is the cherry on top! Very clean, spacious, it literally had everything to make our vacation absolute paradise. Excellent communication and smooth rental procedure. The locals are very friendly and the ocean front and sunset views were breathtaking! Excellent ocean swimming. Soft white sands. Spent a great deal shell collecting and watching various birds dive into the water for fish. Caddy's (casual beach restaurant) and 7-11 within 5-10minutes walk. If you plan to rent bikes, it's best to take the trolley to Lenny's Surf Shop (lennyssurfshop dot com) for it can be a hike, esp under that hot Florida sun! We plan to return only next time for a longer stay. Thank you for making long lasting memories of our wonderful paradise vacation on Sunset Beach.

These cottages are prefect and only a few steps to the beach. They are fully equipped with everything you need. The owner, Donna was extremely nice and accomodating. We had a great stay and I would recommend these cottages to anyone looking for a place to stay.

These cottages are cute and comfortable, and only a few steps to the beachfront. They are fully equipped with everything you need and have nice flatscreen TVs in case of a rainy day. Donna was extremely nice and accomodating. We had a great stay and I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.
