Sunset Beach Cottages of Treasure Island are little hidden treasures. They are six uniquely decorated, up-to-date, one bedroom-one bath cottages that celebrate beach living from walking on the beach and picking up seashells to sitting on the cozy front porch enjoying the sunset.

Our newly renovated cottages received the Beautification Award for the month of October and will participate in the Chamber of Commerce Parade of Homes this holiday season.

Home Away from Home!

My daughters and I had a wonderful three day stay at Beach Magic! Everything we needed was there waiting for us...from a grill to a washer and dryer! The best part was that the cottage was so cozy and comfortable that even a cloudy day was fun! The owner, Donna, was easy to work with and the location couldn't get any better. We are already making plans to visit again and hope to make it our "home away from home".

Sunset Beach

We had a wonderful time in our Sunset Beach Cottage. It was just a few steps away from the beach which made it awesome. No hassle with traffic, parking fees, etc. The cottage had everything we needed except the food of course. There was a Publix close by. Everything we needed was within walking distance or a short drive. My husband really enjoyed the two big screen televisions! Caddy's (restaurant/bar) was just across the street from the cottage, the food was really good and we enjoyed the music while we ate there. You couldn't hear the music inside the cottage at night but if you sat outside on the deck you could enjoy it. We are planning on going back next year at the same time and taking our two daughters, son-in-law and two grandsons. The cottage is a great deal and Donna is great to work with. If you need anything she is just a very short walk away. She has some smaller cottages that are just awesome as well. Come to Sunset Beach and enoy the wonderful sunsets!!
