This tropically landscaped, beautifully furnished waterfront 3 bedroom home is located in the Paradise Island community on Treasure Island. This lovely, comfortable home is very tastefully decorated and has an oversized living room, large separate dining room, and features a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, new decking and dock with deepwater wet slip and million dollar view overlooking the intracoastal. Shuffleboard court in back yard. Large, beautifully furnished patio and deck area has two covered dining areas. Spacious deck area furnished for lounging and fun.

Lovely neighborhood with Par 3 golf course and tennis courts 3 blocks, yacht club 1 mile, gorgeous Treasure Island beach is 2 minutes, close to all shopping and restaurants, St. Petersburg Beach 5 miles. Tampa International Airport is 30 minute drive, Busch Gardens attraction is 45 minute drive, Orlando theme parks 1.5 hour drive.

Spent 2 grand and glorious weeks at this beautiful home. We have been staying at various places in this area since 1982. Your place is by far the best we have ever stayed in. Luxurious house, Great view, and fabulous people to deal with - very accomodating and pleasant. We definately will repeat.

We had the most wonderful, relaxing vacation we've had in a number of years. This is a great place to enjoy a peaceful setting in a quiet cove, sip a cold drink and take a nice cool dip in the pool. The full moon reflecting on the water made the evenings equally enjoyable.

What a beautiful property! The outdoor living is spectacular with all the sliding glass doors allowing a wonderful flow from the inside of the house to the pool and patio area. The house had everything we needed plus the owner made us feel so welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is so centrally located to the beach, shopping and recreational areas that we never felt we were too far away from any activities or restaurants. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and seeing the dolphins come into the inlet every morning and night. Of course, there was Henry the heron crane and Karl the crow which made their appearance regularly, of which we thorourly enjoyed their company! We had a peaceful and relaxing vacation and would highly recommend this rental house to anyone.

We just returned from six weeks at this Treasure Island home. We stayed from 2/28/09 to 4/11/09. It was a wonderful place to stay. The house was very comfortable with everything you needed right there. I can't say enough about the back deck and dock area. The view is wonderful and relaxing. What a treat to look out you kitchen windows every morning and see this beautiful water with the sun coming up. We fished off the dock and saw dolphins right in our back yard. All kinds of sea birds and watched woodpeckers build a nest. We didn't get to see the babies. There were sting rays in water, right next to the dock. It truly was paradise. We were lucky enough to see the space shuttle take off. Don't miss the drum circle at Treasure Island beach on Sunday nights. What fun. That's the other thing, this house is so close to many good resturants and the beach and gulf. You can't go wrong with this place.
