Description of the Treasure Island vacation townhouse rental

Sunset Beach townhome in Treasure Island on the Intercoastal with direct access to Gulf. There is a fishing and boating dock right there and its only one block to sandy white beach where there is a famous beach restaurant/bar. This townhome has been totally updated with a top of the line kitchen featuring stainless appliances, convected oven, granite counters, a bread maker, blender, food processor etc. The living room features a top quality leather seating, a 52" HD Plasma TV with HD cable access and, Blue Ray Changer with Internet Connectivity, surround sound. The dining room is a Heywood Wakefield dining table and 6 chairs with matching buffet. The unit is light and bright with awesome views, four private balconies and lots of space. The back yard is fully landscaped with night lighting. There is a dock. The master bedroom has a beautiful bath with huge walk-in shower, bidet, and double sinks. The second bedroom features queen bed. High speed wireless is available. Downstairs rec room with a universal weight set, nordic-trac, darts, & pachinko. There are 4 bicycles, rafts. There is also a futon and second refrigerator.

Area Information

Sunset Beach is a special beach at the end of Treasure Island. Quaint cottages and small streets give rise to a very unique character. There are some great Restaurants within a short distance in either direction. There are two full sized Grocery stores within a mile of each direction as well as Pharmacies. The main road on to Treasure Island from the interstate also goes directly to downtown St. Petersburg where you will find the brand new Dali Museum, fabulous waterfront Restaurants, Galleries, Shopping, movie theaters, the Mahaffey Theatre, just to name a few things. There are personal watercraft rental places and Parasailing within walking distance. Of course you can find putt-putt golf, real Golf Courses, motorbike and bicycle rentals, deep sea fishing bait shops, seafood markets and on and on all within short distances. South from us is the Pinellas Bayway, leading to the Sunshine Skyway and the Discount Stores at Ellenton, all of the fabulous things in Sarasota and more! Of course Tampa is right across the Bay with all of its entertainment and shopping venues.

WONDERFUL HOME

My husband and I rented this condo for 3 months. It was everything one could hope for. EJ and Diane met us upon our arrival and were there to answer questions or address any situations. They left folders with menus from local restaurants and things to do along with information about the condo. The complex is great. Everyone was so friendly. Great workout facility and lap pool. Location was great. Short walk to the beach and fabulous views!! Can't go wrong renting this condo!!

Perfect Location

We stayed at this property over Christmas and New Year and fell in love with it. It is in the perfect location, overlooking the inland waterway, where we seen dolphins on many occasions, it is no more than a 3 minute walk to sunset beach, same to 2 restaurants/pubs on the beach, 5 minutes to 2 others and about 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Treasure Island with approx another 6/7 other eating establishments. As it's and the end of the street, it is very quite with a garage and parking right outside the door. The town house itself very roomy with all you would need, including 2 large screen T.V's, wi-fi, fully fitted kitchen and 4 balconies, it has plenty of room to spread out. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner, Linda, and I would recommend this property if you are going on vacation in the Treasure Island area as it has far more room than any condo we have stayed in, in the past and is far more private and quite.
