We had to cancel our reservation in November of last year due to a medical problem that my husband became afflicted with. He was suspected of having leukemia which forced us to withdraw from our vacation. We informed the rental agent Michelle Miller in due time and we sorely disappointed that she did not return our rental deposit of $500 US. We cancelled our reservation within the forth day cancellation date and she did not respond to any of our correspondence asking for our refund. She chose to not answer any of our related correspondence, not even enquiring as to the condition of my husband. We since have not heard from her nor have we received our deposit. We are very disappointed and my husband is undergoing medical testing. The experience of renting on line has left us very disappointed to say the least.
