Description of the Trenton vacation cottage rental
Imagine a cute secluded cottage on the water with beautiful tranquil sunsets.
Need a great vacation? Why not visit our charming, rustic cottage on the Union River Bay overlooking Blue Hill and the Atlanta Ocean. It is very restful and quiet. Beautiful sunsets and dramatic scenery and ocean views. You can see many species of birds and wildlife. The ocean and its fresh air will revive you. Leave behind all your worries and stress and you will feel wonderful.
The cottage has two bedrooms and one bath. Kitchen and dining area. Living room with a fireplace, and a wrap-around porch to sunbath and/or watch the beautiful sunsets and schooners go by, and a private beach only 25 feet from the cottage. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials that you need for cooking. The bedrooms and bathroom have plenty of linens for your use.
Enjoy hiking, biking, sunbathing, canoeing, kayaking, lobsters, seafood and blueberries.
We are close to shopping malls in Ellsworth, Bar Harbor and Bangor. Enjoy the beautiful Acadia National Park minutes away. Airport in Trenton is 7 miles away with plenty of parking. You can also board the Blue Nose Ferry and journey into Canada and Nova Scotia.
The weather is lovely in the summer, not too humid, and the fall season is magnificent with the beautiful fall foliage. Once you have been here, you will want to return.
Our rental season is July through September, and we rent by the week, Saturday to Saturday. $1,100.00 per week plus Maine sales tax. Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m. We require a refundable security deposit of $250 and a signed lease. The signed lease and the first half of the rental plus the refundable security deposit are due three weeks prior to arrival date. The final half of the rental is due one week prior to arrival.
