High points: great location --quiet, scenic, away from the crowds, close (20 minute) proximaty to Bar Harbor/Acadia. Very friendly, helpful owner. Plenty of room, great outdoor deck overlooking bay.
Not-so-high points: interior could be spruced up a bit. Needs more lighting, maybe a newer, more modern TV and appliances. Basically, very "rustic." Not sure if this is typical for Maine rentals -- we may just have higher expectations.
Overall: we'd take it again if coming to the area.
