Set in a peceful fishing village, with a sea so blue and so clean, villa Magnolia offers a memorable holiday in all seasons.
The house consists of two self-contained apartments.
The entire house can be rented for a group of 6, or just the upper aparment for 4 persons.
The ground floor apartment(75m2) has a large bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining area, and veranda.
The upper apartment (130m2) conists of 2 bedroom ( 1 double and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, spacious living and dining area, kitchen, and terrace with lovely view of the sea.
Enjoy the tranquility of the garden with its oleanders, olive and fig trees.
There is a BBQ and private parking within the house gates.
It is comfortable driving distance from major tourist sites: Trogir, Primošten; Split; NPKrka.

Area Description

The village is a quaint fishing village on the Adriatic coast, between the cities of Šibenik and Split.
It has a small store,coffeee shop and restaurant. Early in the morning, the local people sell their produce, grown in their gardens,and the fishermen bring their catch, so you are able to buy truly fresh fish and organically raised vegetables and fruit.
Except for swimming, where the beaches are accessible and the sea is pristine in its beauty, you can hike up to the nearby fortress. The view is breathtaking, as are the sunsets.
The entire village is full of beautiful flowers, oleanders, olive and fig trees.
It is a delight to be here in late October for the olive harevst.
