This home is in the center of it all in the North Tahoe area. Located just a few minutes from historic downtown Truckee, with its great shopping and restaurants. Lake Tahoe is less than 15 minutes drive and the sands of Kings Beach. Squaw Valley Village, Incline Village and Tahoe City are all near by. Truckee is also now home to great golf with the new Jack Nicholas course Old Greenwood, just a quick five minutes drive. Also near by are Coyote Moon and Tahoe Donner Golf Club. Fishing, hiking, beaching it, golf, mountain biking, it's all near by.

The home is a three bedroom, two bath 1500 square foot home, and was recently built in 2000. Over four thousand square feet of lawn in front and back for the kids to play or croquette match. A back deck opens up to a lounge area and the paver patio amongst the gardens lets one enjoy a meal in the outdoors at anytime of day. There is even a horseshoe court for the family to enjoy.

The home is family oriented and very kid friendly.
