- Required Stay: 2 night minimum/ 5 Holidays
- Lodging Tax: 10%
- Deposits: $200. at time of Booking. Owner reserves the right to cancel reservation prior to receiving Security Deposit.
- Other Fees: $50.00 to $75 Outcleaning Fee. (Depending on number of people and length of stay)
+ $25 per night on all Holiday periods

I rented this cabin for Christmas and New Years '08 to propose to my girlfriend and give her the White Christmas she's been wanting for years. My now fiancee and I loved the cabin the moment we walked in the door. It was very cozy and romantic. We loved waking up to the sunrises and enjoying the sunsets from the hot tub with a glass of wine. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it often to fix some nice meals. Joyce, the owner, was wonderful to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to rent this cabin again in the future. Nice,fun and clean, November 18, 2008

We had a wonderful week in the Sierra Nevada. The wildflowers were in bloom, there were only a few snow fields, so the hiking was spectacular. What a gorgious part of California!

We really enjoyed the evening here! Last night we stayed at Squaw Creak Resort and dropped $300 for one night! We arrived here today and were amazed that we got more dwelling space, more amenities, more peace and quiet for a thord of the price! We will refer Friends and Family in the future! It is good to see honest and kind Entreprenuers like Trudy. We are hoping the unit doesn't sell soon for we would love to come back and stay here again soon. Once again, thank you for opening your house to us. This was our first time to Tahoe and we enjoyed the use of your beautiful condo!
