In North Lake Tahoe, just outside downtown Truckee, California, you will find a family get-away like no other. Northstar-at-Tahoe boasts a beautiful new pedstrian village with convenient dining and shopping just steps from the mountains.

This inviting family-friendly 2-bedroom/1.5-bathroom condo has all the amenities which you've been looking. As you enter the front door, you are greeted with warm stone floors which lead to the two bedrooms sharing the adjacent bathrooms. The Master guest room has a new pillow-top Queen bed with TV and private balcony overlooking the forested area. The second guest room has two twin beds with TV/VCR. The main living area is upstairs with a full kitchen, dining table (seats 6) and living area to enjoy the gas fireplace and 42" LCD HDTV, Blue-Ray DVD player with expanded Cable and wireless high-speed internet. Among the small applicance in the kitchen is a crockpot so dinner can be waiting when you get home from a day on the slopes. Step outside to a second private balcony to enjoy seating for four and cook on your choice of gas and charcoal BBQs. Need extra space to sleep, the sofa opens to a dreamy new queen-size air mattress bed which electrically inflates in 30 seconds. The accompaning chaise can accommodate a small child if needed.

This condo comes complete with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, all linens and towels, bath amenities. Hairdryer is provided.

No need to use your vehicle once you arrive at Northstar. Northstar offers FREE on-demand bus service to the Village or Recreation Center which is just steps away from your condo....a luxurious convenience!

Take your skiis/boards the first day of skiing and leave them at the Village for FREE in their overnight storage area. Ice skating in the afternoon is avaialble for a nominal skate rental fee in the Village or enjoy the compfy seating areas around the firepits. Music and libations are available for your pleasure.

Full access to all of Northstar's other amenities include 18 hole golf course (seasonal), rec center (year-round) with fitness rooms, modern equipment, and kids' zones. We enjoyed our condo stay in Northstar. Only down side was getting used to adjusting the heat. Comfy upstairs while sauna like downstairs in bedroom. The acoustics are also strange, noise from upstairs carries very clearly down to the queen bedroom, maybe through the heating vent, we kept thinking someone was in the room with us. If everyone goes to bed at same time, then no problem. Next time I'm opting for the bedroom with twin beds. Overall the condo is comfy and cozy and we would rent there again now that we have the quirks figured out. We loved the free shuttle too.

Really nice, updated condo. Small kitchen with not alot of extra storage space, but great quality kitchen appliances and fixtures. Heated flooring downstairs was nice and gas fireplace upstairs heats things up quickly. Beds were a bit soft/uncomfortable for us. But the rest of our stay was excellent! Great location, very close to Northstar at Tahoe Village. Lots of space outdoors for kids to play. Wireless access, nice flat screen TV, comfortable seating. Owner was very easy to deal with and accessible/responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is really nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It is great having access to the recreation center, the kids really enjoyed the family hot tub and the game room. We never waited more than a few minutes for the shuttle. The gas fireplace was not working, which was a bit disappointing, but overall our experience was great. I would definitely stay again and though it was a great value compared to other lodging options in Northstar.

The condo was great. Exactly as described and owners are so friendly and helpful. Clean, warm and close to the Village. The kids loved the sledding out back! Shuttle to Northstar Village is just steps away. We will stay again next year!
