Minutes to major ski areas including Squaw Valley, Northstar, Boreal Ridge and others. 32 highway miles to Reno shopping, restaurants, gambling casinos and cultural events. Home has everything furnished, including dishware, gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, clean linens and towels. Driveway is plowed clear of snow when
snowfall exceeds 3 inches. Cable TV with 65 channels, VCR, several movie cassettes, including popular children movies, games and small library. $200/night durin ski season, $125 during rest of year.
Area Description
House backs up to green belt, many trees, lot is level, living area is on second story above snow drifts. Tahoe Donner subdivision has its own golf course, an all year lap swimming pool, sauna, hot tubs, olympic size swimming pool in summer months, excercise rooms. (All these amenities require an entrance fee). There are hiking and horse trails during Spring, Summer and Fall months.
