Rent or Lease this new 4 BR, 3.5 Bedroom home before someone else does. Located in the highly desired Tahoe Donner community, this house is not far from Northstar, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows as well as dining, casinos and golf resorts.

Situated at the end of a private drive towards the bottom of the community this beautiful rambling one story home backs to Greenbelt. You'll love gathering in the Great Room with cedar and log ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, top-end new Wolff and Viking appliances. A spacious deck is ideal and provides a beautiful view of the greenbelt and mountains. There are two master suites with full bathrooms, 1 steam shower and king beds. The two additional bedrooms are each furnished with a bunk bed and share a full size bathroom.

There is a brand new 6 person hot tub on the deck with a beautiful view!

o Weekly Rates $2,250/$1,675
o Two nights minimum required for regular rental
• Security deposit $750 (refundable if everything is found sound)
• Cleaning fee $125 for standard cleaning
• 12:00 noon check out on day of departure
• No Pets Allowed
• Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal; $50 Processing Fee Applies
