Located in Wolfe Estates on the West end of Donner Lake, The Mountain Odyssey boasts four, king-sized log beds, one queen, two twins, loft, huge game room with Brunswick pool table, massive river rock fireplace, jucuzzi bathtub in master and 1,400 square feet of decks overlooking Donner Lake. 150 yard trail walk to the beach. Ten minute drive to Sugar Bowl ski resort. Five minutes to Historic Truckee. Twenty minutes to Lake Tahoe. $500/night plus required cleaning fee of $150 and $500 security deposit.two night minimum stay. Ideal location and setting for your Mountain Odyssey.

This mountain retreat was incredible! We celebrated a milestone birthday of a good friend here - the cabin was perfect for this! The kitchen is gourmet with top end appliances, pots, and utensils. They even supplied kid friendly plates and utensils! The beds were all top quality, with soft sheets & warm comforters - very comfortable! The entire cabin was immaculate. Everyone in our party, from toddlers to teenagers to adults had things to entertain them. The game room pool table and air hockey were in constant use, as were all 3 televisions (football & movies!). The lake was a short walk away. The view of the mountains and Donner Lake is amazing! The owners really did think of everything. We all felt very much at home, but better because we were all able to RELAX!

Wonderful location!

Spent a few days in the "Odyssey" cabin last summer. All I can say is wow. The cabin is very lovely and feels like home immediately. It is nicely tucked away from all the typical tourist hustle and bustle, but you are literally minutes from everything. The perfect blend. Spent some great time on Donner Lake and did some cycling on the surrounding roads. Looking forward to going again.

What a place!

Our recent stay with this place was fantastic! The place is big and the lake view was so pretty. We digged 2 snow sledding trails right off the backyard and played in the snow all day! the kids loved the sledding and the air hockey table in house. The guys enjoyed the pool table. We definitely will come back to this place again next winter!
