Description of the Truckee vacation home rental
**Book 3 nights and get the 4th night FREE. (some exclusions apply during peak and holiday periods.)**
This majestic four bedroom, three bath home on Martis Landing just moment from the Northstar Village. It's great living room with ample seating around a large central fireplace is the perfect family retreat!
Situated for maximum privacy, the deck is perfect for afternoon BBQ's on the gas grill and evening cocktails. This wonderful home also provides door-to-door shuttle pick up and drop off at the Village. Renters may also access the Northstar HOA Rec Center (for a nominal fee), which offers year round heated pool, fitness room, game room/arcade, his and hers locker rooms, and several hot tubs. Both these fantastic features are included with the rental of this home.

-entrance to wrap around deck with great views across Martis Valley and of Castle Peak.
-The open and bright kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an espresso machine.
-The dining room has a round table which seats 12.
--Lower level:
-Bedroom 1: QUEEN bed
-Bedroom 2: double bunk bed room (4 TWINS)
-Bedroom 3: QUEEN bed
-seating area, card room, game room with a pool table, card table and Steam Sauna.
-Master bedroom: California KING bed, entertainment center, den with gas fireplace, and the master bath also has large tub with spa jets.
Plenty of parking in front, as well as a two car garage. The large mudroom entry has room for all your skis and boots.

-PETS allowed upon approval. (with additional $25 per pet/per day, plus cleaning fee)
-HOA regulations require that no boat, trailer, recreational vehicle, camper or commercial vehicle shall be parked or left within this property other than parking or storage areas designated by the HOA. Please ask for parking details.
The majority of guests must be over the age of 25. Please know that reservations cannot be cancelled once initial payment is received. We do offer optional travel insurance providing cancellation and medical coverage for only 7% of the reservation total. If an unforeseen event prevents you from making your trip you're covered! Prices are subject to change.
