Welcome to the Tahoe Donner Skibowl Condo This condo is Ski-in / Ski-Out to the Tahoe Donner Skibowl Resort. The lifts are just a couple steps away which make this home ideal for a family learning to ski. The entire house has just been fully remodeled with all new appliances and fixtures. First floor: You enter upstairs after a flight of steps (caution, these can be slippery in the winter) into the living/dining area.

There is a pellet stove for warmth, a wall mounted flat panel 42in HD tv , DVD, and high speed internet service. This level has views of the Tahoe Donner valley and the Eastern Sierra Mountain range. There is a large dining room table that can accommodate 8 people. There is also an enclosed back deck that can be used as a mud-room/ski locker.

When you stay at the Tahoe Donner Skibowl you have access to the HOA amenities of both the Skibowl association and the Tahoe Donner association. The Skibowl Condo amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, indoor sauna, great summertime BBQ area, ping pong and more. The Tahoe Donner HOA amenities include a full recreation centers and workout facilities, equestrian center, private lake beach, golf, and 2 pool areas. Tahoe Donner activities include horseback riding, golfing, water sports, kayaking, mountain biking.
