Description of the Truro vacation home rental

This spacious charming house was designed by Peter Swain to reflect the reminicent old Cape Cod Cottages with sloped roof lines and wrap around farmer porches .It is a contemporary version of that with the feel of old Cape Cod intact .The porches on this house are covered in the back and front and open on one one side for full sun.
The house was designed with open living for summer family gatherings having the livingroom ,dining room ,kitchen open to each other and cielings with wood beams .There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and sliders out to the back covered porch. The full bathroom is central on this floor .
Go upstairs to an open sitting room with a couch and wicker chairs. In this room there is a spiral stair case to a small roof deck . Off the open sitting area is a master bedroom with a queen bed . The other two rooms have two twin beds in them each. The second full bath is central to all of these bedrooms . The house has wall to wall carpeting and a central vacumn system and all other ammenities including high speed internet.
The full basement has a ping pong table and washer/dryer .

This house sits on 3/4 acre of open beach landscape with houses in the far distance . The private bay beach is just across this quiet road and up the romantic dune path. There is no public access in this area so privacy is optimum.

The other National Seashore ocean beaches are just 5 minutes drive as well as the golf links , and good bike paths. Provincetown is 7 minutes away, which is a quaint village with lots of local shopping, galleries, night life ,and restaurants, whalewatching and boating plus more . Its nice to be just far away from all that in Truro with its rural feel but also to have a hopping tourist town nearby when you want it. Truro has some very nice restaurants and plenty of nature and best beaches to enjoy .

• Other Fees: $100. returnable security deposit and $100. extra charge for each pet. $75. if you want me to provide sheets and towels
