An easy 350 foot walk to the entry of one of Cape Cod's most beautiful ocean beaches. Yet secluded privacy within the wooded National Seashore. (Please see map) Beautifully landscaped. Large, easily accessible deck off of the 12 X 24 foot kitchen. Beautifully but informally furnished. Cheerfully lit. Outdoor hot and cold shower. Modern appliances. Four bedrooms with ensuite baths. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Fine restaurants nearby, easy 10 miles to Provincetown and Provincetown airport.

Rental week Friday to Friday.

Area Information

Approximately 350 feet from entry to Ballston Beach. In National Seashore. One mile from Route 6. Ten miles to P-town. Four miles to Wellfleet and bay beaches. Near Pamet River amidst rolling sand dunes. Easy drives to bay beaches, Wellfleet beaches, Orleans, Wellfleet, and Provincetown.

Perfect Vacation Home

We just finished our family vacation in this beautiful home. It had the perfect location - a few minutes walk to the beach, ten miles to Provincetown. The layout was great, with a fantastic open kitchen/dining/family area in the center of the house, with all the bedrooms around the outside. The yard was great for kids - plenty of room to run around and a nice deck for evening meals. Can't say enough good things about this house - already looking forward to our next visit.
