Newer contemporary Cape located on the oceanside of Truro. This spacious home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a large sunroom and a screened-in porch. A very large deck is off the back of the house. Enter to a ceramic tiled foyer with a 1/2 bath with washer/dryer. Follow back to an very large living/dining Great room with vaulted ceiling and hardwood floors. Dining area is open to a fully appilanced kitchen. Also off the dining area is the screened-in porch. Off the main living area is an extra large sunroom with hardwood floors. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and private bath with shower. The second floor boasts 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other 2 bedroooms each have a queen bed. One of the bedrooms also has a private bath with tub/shower. There is also another full bath on the second floor.
