Description of the Tsawwassen vacation condo rental
Legendary sunshine on the Delta! Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf Islands, kite surfers, long walks on the beach and sunsets that never end. See herons and eagles roosting nearby. Close to Ladner summer market, Reiffel Bird Sanctuary, Westham Island berry picking and golf course. Store your kayak under the boardwalk! Walk on to the ferry for day trips to the islands.
Spacious garden unit with large private deck and southwest exposure at Tsatsu Shores. In-suite laundry. Iron & ironing board. Gas fireplace. 1028 sq. ft., plus large deck. Fridge with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, large microwave, convection oven and pantry. 2 secure parking spots (tandem), bicycle room and private storage locker. Fully furnished. Cork and tile floors.
Friendly community atmosphere. Exercise room on-site.
Maximum 2 persons. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The 2nd bedroom is confgured as an office, with a view of the lagoon. Den/TV room also has a window. There are 2 foldout single mattresses for overnight guests. Guest bathroom with walk-in shower. Ensuite bathroom with full tub. Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Barbequing permitted.
MININUM 3 MONTH RENTAL PERIOD, self-catered. Non-smoking. No pets. Electricity, water, gas, Internet (Ethernet and wireless), basic Cable TV and local phone service included. Winter surcharge for electricity, subject to actual consumption.
Cancellations 60 days before arrival will be fully refunded. Cancellations 30-59 days or more will be charged one month penalty. Cancellations less than 30 days will be charged one month penalty plus $500 administrative fee. For any cancellation less than 60 days, if the unit is rented out to another party for the same reservation period, only the $500 administrative fee will be charged.

Delta is a rural area along Highway 17, south of Vancouver. Nearest towns, Tsawwassen and Ladner, are 15 minutes away for routine and gourmet grocery shopping. Large malls are located in White Rock or Richmond, 20 minutes away.
