Description of the Tuckerton vacation home rental

Visit this quaint quiet historic bayfront fishing town that time has passed by. The cottage is located on a lagoon and has been completely redone with all new kitchen, bath and floors. The cottage has all the comforts of home and you will need to bring nothing but your clothes. Jump into a kayak or canoe and paddle your way through the lagoons with lots of wild life or out to the bay for fishing or sightseeing. There is a nice covered patio facing the lagoon for dining and relaxing. Float on a raft and sun yourself in the lagoon or bring your boat and dock it at your own private dock in front of the cottage. There is personalized boat trips available to LBI, for fishing, water skiing, tubing etc. There is also an outdoor enclosed shower and full bath inside.

Take a 1 minute walk to the Grapevine for fine dining and live entertainment. A little further down the road you will find a number of quaint seaside restaurants with excellent food, the unique shops of Tuckerton and the Tuckerton Seaport museum. Bike riding is also a nice experience in this are.

For more action you can head toward the casinos of Atlantic City or the more bustling shores of Long Beach Island (about 15 minutes by car 25 minutes by boat).

Six flags is about 40 minutes away.

Area Description

You will see numerous marinas and Bass River State Park is nearby. Golfing, amusement parks, and historic Smithville are within 15 minutes.

There is much to do or nothing at all. It's up to you.

There are no crowds or waiting lines in Tuckerton. It is a quiet fishing village. Yet within 15 minutes you can reach the more bustling shores area of LBI.
