Quiet second floor corner unit with balcony. Master bedroom has walk-in closet and queen size bed. Second room has an oak bunk bed with TV/DVD player.
The complex has a heated pool and jacuzzi. Two gas bar-be-que grills by the pool area. Walk to restaurants, Starbucks, Safeway, and shopping. Very close to Sabino Canyon recreation area. Approximately 13 miles to University of Arizona. Has 4 top golf courses within 5 miles. Small pets okay. Sorry but no smoking. Minimum 3-month rental. $1550 a month, $1450 a month for longer leases. Condo will be available starting May 15, 2007.
