Pinnacle Canyon contemporary furnished condo with fantastic views of the Catalina mountains in gated community. Large master suite with walk in closet. Second suite split from master making this ideal for a small family or two couples sharing. Everything in this condo is brand new (July 2007).

Close to Tucson Medical Center, fine dining and shopping. Refurbished in early 2007 and shows like new. Less than half a mile to Sabino Canyon for biking, hiking and walking.


All furnishings and appliances new in July 2007. There is a full size washer and drier in the unit. There is a 37" LCD TV with Directv (over 140 channels), DVD player, Wi-Fi access and telephone with free local and long distance calls. A toddler bed or travel crib and high chair can be provided by prior arrangement. The condo also comes complete with an alarm system and it's own garage with opener.


A weekly cleaning service is available on request. We can also provide groceries for your arrival.


The complex boasts a resort like pool and spa with outdoor fireplace and ramada within the community. There is also a fully equiped fitness room and business center with free access to a computer and printing.

Area Description

Blessed with a warm and sunny climate, Tucson is a world-class destination for travel and golf. Nicknamed "the old Pueblo", Tucson is Arizona's oldest city with a unique blend of heritages. Home to some of the most spectacular golf courses in the Arizona desert.

The condo is less than a mile from the famous Catalina Mountains. This makes it an ideal location for hiking, biking and walking. It is also close to fine dining and shopping, whether for groceries or a trip to Tiffany's for that special gift.

The condo is ideally located for relaxing or enjoying Tucson. The spa like pool and hot tub with outdoor fireplace and grill make it lovely for relaxing. The fully equiped fitness center and business center make it great for those of us that are more active. It is also in walking distant of fine dining and shops. With just a short drive you can be shopping at the exclusive La Encantada Mall or admiring the view from atop Mount Lemon.

This condo was in immaculate condition. It is in a great location if you like to hike--just a mile from Sabino Canyon Park. It's also convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants. The development was very quiet and the residents were friendly.

I am a travelling nurse and I stayed here for a week whilst my other accommodation became available. It is the best accommodation I have had and I have been travelling for 2 years! Lovely views, very secure and the furnishings are very high end. I didn't need to unpack a thing - except my clothes. I could not recommend this highly enough and was only sorry that all my stay wasn't here.
