Description of the Tucson vacation condo rental

Beautiful and serene, you will love this two bedroom, two bath 1st floor condo with a large screened-in patio and beautiful views of the Catalina Mountains and native wildlife. Make yourself at home with a completely stocked kitchen, barbeque grill… the works!

Relax in the comfort of our Southwestern décor and artwork by a local artist and photographer.

Canyon View at Ventana Canyon has two clubhouses, two heated pools with jacuzzis, a fitness center, lighted tennis court and a 24 hour business center with internet, fax, printing, etc. One covered parking space (#41) is reserved for our condo with additional unreserved parking spaces available.

Come and enjoy this beautiful area. Walk the canyon hiking trail (one of hundreds in the area) via the back gate/keyed access. Adjacent to our complex is the renowned Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, which has a highly rated golf course, spas, and fine dining. Drive 3 minutes to additional dining and shopping.

First floor location provides ease of access with parking space right out the front door.
Short walk to pool, clubhouse, and business center.
Freshly updated and stocked abundantly.

As a small condo community, owners and renters take pride in our community and stay connected via special events like our monthly potlucks. Our management and maintenance staffs are absolutely some of the best around! And…we have keyed private access to Ventana Canyon Trail through our rear gate.

"Monthly" rental rates are actually for the 4 week period of the month running from Saturday to Saturday.

Area Information

There are many other attractions in Southern Arizona, such as the Desert Museum, The Old Tucson Movie Studios, Kartchner Caverns, Tombstone, Boot Hill and Dodge City, Tubac (an artist's colony), the Biosphere, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, and Kitts Peak Observatory.

This is premium area for hiking, cycling and outdoor activities. We think you'll love it here!

We are smoke-free and pet-free. It is our goal to establish a base of responsible, return renters who appreciate a very tastefully appointed and furnished condo and will take care of it accordingly. In a nutshell…we look forward to sharing our home with you.

Majestic Mountain Setting

Our stay was marred only by the unusually cool weather for Feb. The condo had everything needed, even a walking stick! The window and porch views were exceptional. Sunrise from the porch and the reflection on the northern mountains above us at sunset were the highlights of each day. The Ventana Canyon Trail was super-convenient to access and a short drive east brought us to Sabino Canyon and its exceptional trails and tram. To the west, we found several more foothill trails and the Catalina State Park. The snowfall brought a unique beauty to the canyon and mountain foothills.

Desert Oasis in Ventana Canyon

My husband and I stayed at your condo recently for a stay-cation. We loved the privacy that your condo location affords as well as the views, the household items included and the comfort of the beds. It was clean, pretty and relaxing. The views are wonderful and we found ourselves enjoying breakfast most mornings on the patio watching the pretty birds and scenery. We followed that with a hike in Ventana Canyon to enjoy more views! Between the hiking, the pools, nearby restaurants and the tram ride into Sabino Canyon, we had plenty of things to do and see. Thank you and we will be back soon.
