1000 sq. feet includes a large living room with wrap around couch, TV and 2 chairs, bath with shower, bedroom with two twin beds,but could substitute queen if you would rather, study, and large kitchen area with full size refrigerator, sink, cabinets, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, two burner electric cook top, and kitchen table set. I can supply electric frypan and crockpot if you would like. Large patio with chairs and hot tub.

Central heat, AC and humidifier.

Use of outdoor grill.

Use of outdoor hot tub.

Use of laundry.

Use of pool table in room separate from the main house.

Can supply phone and internet service as needed.

Owner in main house is friendly and can furnish a map and directions to all attractions.

Area Description

Located 20 minutes West of the Ina exit from I10, on the western side of the Tucson Mountains. Reached by a breathtaking road through Saquaro National Park West.

Your guesthouse view is 1 square mile of beautifully landscaped pristine desert and pather peak. Direct access to walking trails.

Located in rural Picture Rocks, you are only one mile from a convenience store, a restaurant, pizza, fast food, liguor store, saloon, beauty parlor, fresh vegtable stand and gas stations.

Major shopping is about 10 miles away. The Convention Center was about 30 minutes drive, but with construction on I10 it is probably 45 minutes away.

Close attractions are the farm that raises miniature horses, The Desert Museum, Old Tucson, and of course, Saquaro National Park West.

All Tucson attractions are within easy driving distance.

Nogales Mexico is less than a two hour drive.

Phoenix is a one and a half hour drive. This is an easy alternate airport also.

Unique aspect is the quiet, beautiful location, but within a short drive to everything Tucson has to offer.
