Deposits: Deposits $400 to secure rental held till end of lease. Cleaning and damages will be deducted from this deposit. Please call to inquire about long term rental policies or corporate rates. Extra deposit for pets. Please call to inquire. Refunds Deposits held till end of lease after damage and inventory of household review to be held within one week of end of lease. Charges will be assesed for damage to furniture, (special attention paid to wood tops which can be protected with coasters) loss
Other Fees: Watermark damage to fine antiques will be assessed per $250.00 per mark.

This was a great home. Beautifully decorated, easy access to everything in Tucson. Luxury is this location. For only $157 per night and there are really three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The view from the patio is FANTASTIC. Rent this one. We will definitely go back.
