The main house features large master suite, 2 large bedrooms (plus office or 4th bedroom), 4 baths, spacious kitchen with gourmet appliances, breakfast nook, dining/family room, living room, 4 fireplaces, multiple patios, outdoor kitchen, 3-car garage and much more.

The guesthouse is perfect for a nanny or additional guests that want their privacy from the group. It has a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and private patio. This house is multi-level and is not suitable for those with physical disabilities.

Area Description

The house is located in the private gated community of Redington Ranch, which has many amenities including: horse stables, lake, clubhouse with pool, tennis courts and playground. Golf and hiking trails are also located near by.

This property is up against Coronado National Forrest and enjoys the landscape of the natural desert foothills. Guests will enjoy seeing all kinds of desert wildlife, an amazingly bright starry sky at night and gorgeous sunsets over the city.
