This 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath home is located just a short walk to the Agua Caliente Park and situated on a prime acre of majestic saguaros and rock outcroppings. The location is ideal for families wanting a slower paced lifestyle of hiking, birding, cycling or just peace and quiet. This is a wildlife corridor and you are likely to see Whitetail deer, Javelinas, Great Horned Owls, Gila Monsters, hummingbirds and more. A short drive to Mt. Lemmon, Sabino Canyon, fine dining and shopping.

The master bedroom has a luxury king foam bed, walk in shower for two, large jacuzzi tub and private access to patio. The other 3 bedrooms have a luxury queen foam bed, two twin beds, two twin bunk beds and two bathrooms.
