Description of the Tucson vacation home rental

This 5 bedroom/6 bathroom 10,000 square foot family estate is located high on a hillside in a gated country club community and sits on over an acre of private property. The estate, previously occupied by Dean Martin, Alice Cooper and other celebrities, has rooms that are grand in size with incredible views, elevator, marble floors, beamed ceilings, 3 fireplaces, stone columns, newly heated pool and new full outdoor kitchen and living space with fireplace.

Main level includes grand living room with fireplace and dining room with high ceilings, private solarium with windows overlooking the city with stereo system and built-in speakers, full lounge with grand piano and television, gourmet kitchen with granite counters, wine refrigerator, stainless steel and sub-zero appliances, television, breakfast room with deck, large walk-in pantry, full laundry room, and a kitchen and foyer powder room. The luxurious master suite has a king bed with memory foam mattress and custom made bedding, with new 37 inch flat screen television above the fireplace, ceiling fan, private deck and new bath with Jacuzzi, double vanities and dual Grohe shower heads.

The lower level includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, media room with large stone fireplace, billiard room with wet bar and pool table with direct access to the pool and outdoor kitchen. The media room has new 70 inch HD home theater system and stereo, extensive DVD and reading library with game table and games. Bedroom #4 has a large sitting area with 60 inch television and private deck, Bedroom #3 has a 32 inch television with DVD, Bedroom #2 has private bath and deck, Bedroom #5 has television, DVD and direct access to the pool and outdoor kitchen.

Upper level has two private offices with wet bar and views of the mountains and the City. The lower level has a private garage with 3 parking stalls, wine cellar and elevator access.

Since located high up on the side of the Catalina Mountains, each of the three main floors is at ground level and handicap accessible by the 3-floor elevator.

Located in a exclusive private gated country club community with breathtaking views from most rooms. Close to shopping, spas, golf and shopping. The estate is in northern Tucson with easy access to I-10.

• Deposits: One half (50%) of the total rental fee is due at the time of making reservation; payable by Master Card or Visa. This is refundable within 14 days of departure if no damage other than normal wear and tear to property or contents.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning fee: $300; due at the time of payment of the rental fee. Pool Heating: Gas meter will be read at occupancy and departure - the gas company fee of $1.50 per therm will be deducted from the security deposit.

Casa Estrella is a beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Tucson. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty room for more. This home has everything you could possibly dream of.

I cannot begin to express the beauty of this estate home; we never wanted to leave. The pool, outdoor kitchen, luxury linens, music library, televisions, gorgeous furnishings, and grand piano, too much to list! This is not like the other rentals we have seen as this is really an estate home. All bedrooms are well furnished, comfortable and have lots of privacy and unbelievable views. The kids even had a game player and lots of games and the upstairs solarium is like nothing we have ever seen; the view is so beautiful - just sit, listen to great music and enjoy. There were so many great areas on the property to enjoy that I hope we can stay a month the next time. The owners even called to see how things were and to see if we needed anything. This is worth much more than they charged.
