Beautiful 3 bedroom plus den, 2 bath home just down the street from Sabino Canyon. This modern, nicely furnished home features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a large master bedroom with a king bed and private bath as well as a 3rd bedroom/den with a comfortable sofa sleeper, and an additional sofa sleeper in the family room.

The fully equipped kitchen opens to the great room and breakfast nook with plenty of seating, tons of natural light and views to the swimming pool and desert beyond. There is also a separate living and dining room with nice mountain views and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The backyard is the perfect space for desert living. The long covered patio has an outside bar area as well as a television and a barbeque. There is a dining table and a covered lounging area around a coffee table. Additional Lounge chairs are placed all around the heated pool and spa so you can soak in the beautiful sunny days. All of this with the privacy of natural desert immediately beyond the back wall. This is the perfect desert vacation retreat.

Gorgeous views to surrounding foothills and just minutes to Sabino Canyon, La Encantada shopping and fine dining.
