This neighborhood is 1 mile North of U of A heading to the foothills. There are numerous interesting shops along Campbell. Albertson's, B of A, Wallgreens, Grant Road Lumber Yard are all within 3 - 5 minutes. Easy Foothill and U of A access. Very eclectic retail and restaurants close by. Tree lined street with extensive landscaping and gardens throughout the neighborhood. Very quiet, low key neighborhood yet close to great dining and shopping.
